Our Clinic.
Our clinic consists of 5 private patient rooms and an open gym with cardiovascular and strengthening equipment, as well as functional training areas. Our office was designed with modern elements, while keeping patient safety and comfort in mind. We collaborated with Home/DIY content creator @themartinezcasita to design a space that best reflects the vision of The Physical Therapy Collaborative.
Located in the heart of Sherman Oaks
The Physical Therapy Collaborative is conveniently located on the second floor of The Riverside Medical Building on the corner of Riverside Drive and Fulton Avenue (across the street from Rite Aid and Exer Urgent Care). There is free and ample parking in the back lot with ADA/elevator access in the front of the building.
We are proud to serve the community of Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, and surrounding areas in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles Area. No matter where you reside, we welcome you to The Physical Therapy Collaborative community.
